FC 24: Best players for rare Defender Evolution Upgrade

As part of their new "Dynasty" promotion, EA Sports has announced that they will be converting older games into Ultimate Team. The latest of which is "Rare Defender Upgrade Evolution", which allows players to upgrade his one of the Rare Gold Defenders into a full Defender.
