How to get unique items in Diablo 4
In order to receive unique level items in Diablo IV, your character must be level 85 or higher on Nightmare difficulty. Because these items drop from enemies you encounter after reaching that level.
Unique items can often be found in dungeons, helltide chests, and events. These items can be upgraded through blacksmiths and jewelers.
